This is for public information that,“The Life Seva Trust” is starting a Free food Scheme to give benefits to needy and poor patients to decrease their financial burden during surgery or medical management in addition to its previous program of “TLSS” (The Life Seva Scheme on last Sunday of every month).
(A) On production of Free Food coupons at the counter of Canteen in Ground floor, at LIGG Hospital would provide Breakfast (between 8am-9am) , Lunch (betwenn12.30pm-2.00 pm) and dinner (between 8.00 pm-9.30pm) free of cost.
(B) Canteen would be paid its due on weekly basis.
(C) Canteen should provide at least 2 other items other than the main item like Rice and Chapati.
(D)Mere procuring of “Free Food Coupons” will not be replaced with financial benefits (to be used solely for food purpose only).
1) All the patients of LIGG staying in dormitory both surgical and medical patients.
2) BPL card holder patients or patients declared to be poor by local MLA / Sarapanch / Corporator / School Headmaster or any other poor patient attending the Free Cancer Screening program on Second Sunday of every month.
Patients staying in Cabins
All the patient details should be maintained in a register, should be collected in the format of Coupon issued to each patient month wise and analyzed on a yearly basis.
