Cancellation Policy

Customers & Company can cancel the booking with a 24 hours Pre-intimation to our patient support centre or by dropping an e-mail at info@ligg.co.in and claim the refund as per terms agreed with our hospital .*

Appointments can be cancelled only 1 day (date wise) before the set date and time by the patient online, however the appointments can be cancelled at any time by the call center team / registration desk.

Post cancellation the complete amount will be refunded to the patient (NOT the registration amount).

No cancellation charge will be taken from the patient

The patient shall be refunded the amount within 3 working days post cancellation request.

Refund Policy

If the patient wants to cancel the appointment then the cancellation policy follows

1) If the patient has requested a refund, the request is sent to the admin, who investigates the concerns and then orders the refund.

2) You are entitled to cancel the bookings made, prior to 24 hours from the appointment date and time. The amount will be refunded within 3 working days from the cancellation request.

3) 1.99% of the total fee will be deducted for gateway charges .

4) If cancel/reschedule/no show/ then refund will be done excluding registration charges

5) The registration fee will be transferred to Ligg Hospitals in order to register patient on Ligg Hospital and rest amount will be available for refund will be transferred to your bank account.

6) To refund the whole amount including registration charges, an authorized mail will be required.

We use a third party payment gateway for processing payments due to us. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the payment gateway, in addition to these Terms. We don’t control and are not liable for the security or performance of the payment gateway. You agree to pay us, through the payment gateway, all charges at the rates then in effect for any purchase in accordance with the applicable payment terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

We collect personally identifiable information (name, phone number, email, location etc.) from you when you request for a service. We do not for any reason whatsoever disclose/share your Personal Identifiable Information to any entity.

2. Use of Demographic and Profile Data

We use personal information to provide the services you request. We use your personal information to troubleshoot problems; collect fees owed; measure interest in our products and services, inform you about online and offline offers and customize your experience. In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we collect and analyse demographic and profile data about our users’ activity on our website. We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website.

3. Data Security

When handling Personal Data, we protect information from any misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration, unauthorized access and deletion. We also use industry standard firewall, anti-virus and password protection.

5. Newsletter & Blog Subscription

Visitors to hcah.in may also sign up for our newsletters and Health Advantage (Information for Patient section), without having to register.

Email Communications

Ligg will communicate with you through the email you have specified. Your email address is never shared with anybody within or outside Ligg. Ligg uses this email address to send you three types of communications:

Sending you newsletters that you have subscribed to,

Sending you blogs updates from Health Advantage that you have subscribed to,

Sending you occasional announcements about changes in HealthCare atHOME’s policies or announcement of new promotions or services.

At Ligg Hospital, accessible from ligg.co.in, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Ligg Hospital and how we use it.

General Terms and Conditions

You are requested to be present at least 15 minutes before from the appointment time.

We will try to honor all the appointments, but in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control the appointment may be delayed or rescheduled.

The appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours before the appointment time. The rescheduling of the appointment can only be done both online/offline

In case user is not able to appear for the appointment after booking it online no refund will be processed. We are liable to forfeit the entire amount paid against the aforementioned booking.

In case of Video Consultation for any reason whatsoever, the user does not log in to their assigned account, the Company is not liable to refund the amount paid against the said consultation.

The refund is feasible after proper scrutiny and investigation of the available records of the authorized person of the Company in the following conditions:

In case of poor connectivity of the internet from our side;

Non-availability of the doctors during the given time;

The Dissatisfaction of the user with the consultation or with Doctor’s interaction, the user can request for the refund.
